Delivery Information
We strive to deliver products purchased from expressdocsupply.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with expressdocsupply.com, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of USD 500 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge will be applicable to all orders under USD 300.
- If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
- If you return an order delivered to you, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery time frames and Guaranteed delivery
The express delivery via DHL, FedEx will take 3-5 days depending on your region.
We also offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date (if applicable).
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a good discount (up to 50%) for your next order(contact with our operator).
